Where We Ship We currently ship across the United Kingdom
Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, please allow:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- First Class: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery option selected.
Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timefame, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping
European Union
We ship to countries across the EU. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Important notice for EU customers: Orders valued at €150 or under may be subject to VAT upon delivery, which is the recipient's responsibility to pay to the carrier or customs authority. Orders valued at over €150 may also be subject to import duties in addition to VAT. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are outside our control.
